The Companies Ordinance (Cap 622) came into effect in March 2014. It allows an alternative mode of execution of company documents.
As international transactions in the business of Hong Kong companies play a significant role, the number of company documents to be used overseas is ever increasing in recent years. These documents often involve huge amount and are required urgently.
Members are already or will be in senior positions. Sooner or later, they will encounter execution of company documents in their daily work and in private matters. So they should know this subject and be familiar with the requirements.
In this presentation, the speaker will refer to the current legislations, use court cases and real life examples for illustration.
At the close of the presentation, the speaker will demonstrate how to notarise the due execution of a company document.
