Mr. Calvin Tse graduated from La Salle College and later majored in Business Administration and minored in Information Technology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After graduating in 2005, he joined one of the Big Four accounting firms and became a senior practicing accountant. He was responsible for various projects, including IPOs, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and auditing projects for mainland China, Hong Kong and overseas multinational groups. While working, he obtained a bachelor's degree in law from the University of London and a master's degree in law from Renmin University of China. He is currently a doctoral candidate in law and economics.
  
In 2010, he embarked on an entrepreneurial career and founded multiple companies. His entrepreneurial journey and social services have also been recognized by the society, including the 2011 HSBC Youth Entrepreneurship Award, the 2018 Greater Bay Area Youth Leader, the 2022 Top Ten Outstanding Young People, and the 2022 Forbes Outstanding leaders of China's outstanding enterprises. He is currently the founder and CEO of Kam Kee Holdings Limited., with a management team of more than 1,500 people. He is also a co-founding partner of Sinno International CPA Limited, which has offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

Outside of work, he is also actively involved in social affairs, holding different public offices in Hong Kong and the Mainland, including chairman of the Hong Kong Young Entrepreneurs General Chamber of Commerce and adjunct professor at universities, etc., helping young people to start businesses in Hong Kong and the Mainland; he also founded the The Rotary Club of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area serves as the founding president and the director of The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society Kowloon.

Mr. Charbon Lo has more than 15 years of experience in the audit and finance fields. He has extensive exposure in handling audit engagements for small and medium enterprises, as well as Hong Kong Mainboard and Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board listed clients in the industries of property development, catering services, biopharmaceutical products, cosmetics, food manufacturing, sustainable forest management, gaming and entertainment, etc. with operations in different countries including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Brazil, Russia, etc.
 
At present, Mr. Lo is a member of the AASC of the HKICPA. Previously, he served as a council member of the HKICPA during 2017/18 and a number of committees of the HKICPA including the Practice Review Committee, Qualification Oversight Board and Young Members Committee.
