Ms. Loretta Fong, Partner, Entrepreneurial Group Leader, Assurance Division in Hong Kong, PwC

Loretta is PwC’s Entrepreneurial Group Leader of the Assurance Division in Hong Kong.  Leveraging her strong international background, Loretta has extensive experience in providing accounting, audit and transaction advisory services to private and publicly listed entities in Hong Kong and the United States.  Her key clients are primarily engaged in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) sector.

She has assisted a number of companies in completing their initial public offerings in both Hong Kong and the United States, and led numerous substantial transactions including acquisitions, disposals and privatisation for her clients.  Loretta is a frequent speaker at various organisations on accounting, auditing, IPOs as well as mergers and acquisitions related topics. She has also been making use of her knowledge in driving excellency of the accounting profession in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, and in serving the society by taking on a number of government appointments.  She is currently a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), Treasurer & Council Member of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Board Member of Ocean Park as well as a member of the General Committee of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries.

Jack is a Senior Manager of PwC's Entrepreneurial Group of the Assurance Division in Hong Kong. He has over 10 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services to sizable private companies with global presence and public companies listed in Hong Kong and the United States. He has also assisted companies in completing initial public offerings, acquisitions, disposals, and other substantial transactions in the capital market of Hong Kong and the United States. His key clients are mainly engaged in the TMT sector.
