About the Seminar: What are the steps to get a company listed on the stock market? It is not just meeting the profit requirement but require a thorough understanding of all the relevant listing requirements and the entire IPO processes, which are crucial to make a successful listing. Getting listed is a challenging exercise, however, well planning can help to make it easier. The objective of this seminar is to provide an overview of the recent HK IPO market and give practical guidance of the IPO processes in particular the accounting matter. About the Speakers: Mr Kinson LAU Mr Kinson LAU is an Audit Partner of Deloitte Hong Kong office, he is also a Partner of the Southern China Public Offering Group of the China Firm. He has more than 18 years of experience in providing audit services for Hong Kong, United States and Singapore listed companies, large private enterprises, conglomerate companies and MNCs. He focuses on International Finance Reporting Standards/ U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and reporting matters related to Hong Kong Stock Exchange/ U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. He leads various IPO projects in Hong Kong, as well as 144A placements in the US, for companies including emerging companies based in China and Overseas.
Miss Irene WAN Miss Irene WAN is an Audit Senior Manager of Deloitte Hong Kong office, with almost 10 years of professional experience in Hong Kong. She has served companies across several industry sectors, including internet and software development, consumer products, media, manufactory, gaming etc. Her clientele mainly focuses on listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. She has extensive experience in the area of public offerings, reorganizations, strategic acquisitions and technology and media business industries. She has participated and assisted several companies successfully going public offering in Hong Kong.
Miss Winnie YAU Miss Winnie YAU has more than 10 years of experience in providing audit services to several large corporations including Hong Kong, Singapore and United States listed companies engaged in retailing, manufacturing and life science in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She also assisted numbers of domestic and international companies listed in Hong Kong and US.
