About the Speaker: Mr Tim WONG is a practising barrister of Chambers of Ronny Wong SC with over ten years of experience including more than six years in the field of mediation. He has established to become a respected practitioner and reputable trainer in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is one of the renowned panel mediators of Hong Kong Efficient Legal Professional Mediation Centre (“HKEMC”), a centre that has handled over 1,000 cases since its inception in 2009. He is also a panel arbitrator of Penta Arbitration. Since joining the bar, Tim’s specialised areas of practice have been commercial litigation, insurance, company law, Sino-Hong Kong commercial disputes, intellectual property, land law, medical negligence, personal injury and sale and carriage of goods. Throughout his career, he has had a strong commitment to promote mediation and arbitration as an efficient alternative to the emotional drain of litigation. He has been a guest speaker in various seminars for different organisations and professional bodies including The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, The Hong Kong Institute Certified Public Accountants, The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, etc.
CPD Hours: Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly. For the exact recognition of the CPD hours, please check with the respective Institute or Association.
