About the Seminar: The seminar generally covers the following areas: 1. Introduction of the Policy of The Belt & Road; 2. Implications to the professional development under the policy of “The Belt & Road”; 3. How could Hong Kong professionals (especially Accountants and Company Secretaries) benefit from the Policy.
About the Speaker: Mr Kevin Wong has graduated from University of Hong Kong and China University of Political Science and Law in 1997 and 2005 respectively. He was trained in Robertsons, and was admitted as a solicitor in High Court of Hong Kong and in Supreme Court of England & Wales in 2000 and 2001 respectively. He was also appointed as a China–Appointed Attesting Officer in 2012. He is currently a Consultant of S.T. Cheng & Co., Solicitors. He has deep expertise in the media and entertainment industries and mainly focuses on dealing with entertainment-related and intellectual property matters, and represents clients in transactions involving the development, financing, production, home video and distribution of motion picture, television and interactive projects. He also specializes on handling complicated cross-border merge and acquisition transactions in Hong Kong and China and assisting Hong Kong and foreign clients to establish various kinds of enterprises and companies in the PRC.
CPD Hours: Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly. For the exact recognition of the CPD hours, please check with the respective Institute or Association.
