About the Speaker: Mr Dennis Fong obtained a Bachelor Degree in Professional Law from the University of Hong Kong and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong. He specialises in general commercial and corporate restructuring and financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.
CPD Hours: Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly.
