Language: English (no simultaneous translation) (ii) Corporate Governance – Board Diversity To examine the new board diversity requirements under the Corporate Governance Code and its effect on listed issuers. This seminar will include an overview of the revision of the relevant Corporate Governance Code and the compliance obligations of the listed issuers. Language: Cantonese About the speaker: Lena has over 10 year experience in corporate finance and listing. Lena worked at a number of local and international law firms where she was responsible for joint venture, private equity investment, M&A, listings, corporate governance and various commercial transactions. She has also worked at the Hong Kong office of a prominent Chinese company where she was responsible for outbound investments. The company has investments in Australia and the US.
