About Speakers:

Witman Hung, Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority

Professor Hung is currently Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority and the Hong Kong Deputy to 13th National People's Congress. A seasoned ICT professional and angel investor and has worked in the industry for over 30 years.  He is the Executive Chairman of Chinese Big Data Society, Vice President of Guangdong’s Association For Promotion of Cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao,Vice President and Secretary General of Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Industry University Research Collaboration Association and the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of HK. He is elected as a Director of the Board of the World Summit Awards, an initiative within the framework of UN WSIS. Professor Hung is currently adjunct Professor of Jinan University and Hainan University Belt and Road Research Institute. In 2008, Professor Hung was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong. In 2016, he was given the Asia Social Innovation Leadership Award by CMO Asia and he was given Light of Civilization 2017 Chinese Cultural Exchange Person of the Year.

Caesar Wong, Managing Director, China Business Services, RSM Hong Kong

Caesar Wong is a professional accountant and certified tax advisor. He was seconded to Shanghai in 1994 and relocated to Guangzhou to witness the development of China’s free trade zones. Caesar was with Andersen, PwC, EY and Deloitte for 24 years before joining RSM Hong Kong in June 2016.

Caesar is experienced in delivering practical solutions to China and cross-border tax and business projects. His specialties include investment location studies, direct investment services, tax risk management, tax controversy solutions, government services, M&A, restructuring and IPO advisory services. He is a pioneer for “Belt & Road” and “Greater Bay Area” projects. Caesar supports policy drafting and consultation, and is a popular speaker at policy consultation meetings, international conferences and government trainings.

About the Moderator:

Kim Man WONG, Chief Financial Officer, HK Electric Investments

KM has over 30 years of experience in financial management and accounting in Hong Kong and other countries. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of HKICPA.

He has actively involved in accounting education and profession development all these years. He is currently the Chairman of Accountancy Advisory Board of Lingnan University and the Chairman of Professional Development Committee of HKICPA. He is also a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of Financial Reporting Council.

CPD Hours:

Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly.
