About the Seminar:

Part A: Does cyber only become a priority once you've been attacked? by Mr Alan LEE

Cyber attack becomes a very important topic for the C-suite from the recent WannaCry and subsequently the Petya ransomware attack in June 2017. It becomes a regular agenda for management and the management should question themselves if it is not. This session covers the recent Cyber attacks and current state of cybersecurity to provide management an overview of how much risk they are exposing in terms of Cybersecurity. The speaker also shares the industry view on the path to cyber resilience "Sense, resist, react" from the latest EY's 19th Global Information Security Survey (GISS). Two insights have been provided on the Cyber program assessment and Insider threats – which is key to assess and control Cybersecurity risk. Being proactive is always important for staying ahead in the Cybersecurity war and the speaker will share with you what action should be taken by the C-suite now.

Part B: Agile Business Finance by Mr Nelson CHOW

In today's world, the role of CFO as an agile business partner is gradually evolving and is no longer bounded by traditional ideas and practices. Emerging technologies are readily available in the market, yet how these technologies can be adopted to solve CFOs pain-points remains unknown for most of the time. The speaker will share the Agile Business Finance model, allowing CFOs and the finance function to align with the fast changing digital world to resolve CFO's pain points and enabling organizations to embrace new technologies and drive increasing insights.
