About the Seminar:

Accountants spend long hours doing desk work and are required to carry heavy suitcases to meet clients. These are some of the common tasks that induce high risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders at upper limbs, neck and back. This seminar aims at discussing simple preventative measures for accountants to stay pain-free, and giving tips on dealing with discomfort resulting from work. Exercises manageable during and after work will also be practised.

About the Speaker:

Mr Kenny YU, the co-founder of SKP medical group, which emphasize "one to one" best standard individual consultation for patients, hosting physiotherapy services in 8 different locations in both Hong Kong and China. He believes in exchanging idea and sharing views with different professions and general public to improve the medical services in a lower cost.

He is also a registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong and a former physiotherapist for Hong Kong Orienteering Team. He completed his acupuncture diploma in Guangzhou and Master training in New Zealand with research interested in Pilates. He is active in teaching courses for physiotherapists and physiotherapy students in Hong Kong including Pilates and sports taping. He is an executive committee for Sports Specialty Group of Hong Kong Physiotherapy Association.

CPD Hours:

Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly. For the exact recognition of the CPD hours, please check with the respective Institute or Association.
