About the Seminar:

With over 27 years of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency, the speaker has come across different ways and means adopted by the company management to defraud auditors and the public.

In this seminar, the speaker will summarize them into several commonly used fraudulent methods adopted by companies in “real situations” and share with you.

With early detection of any of these fraudulent activities, accountants will generally have ample time to rectify the issues rather than letting the distressed company goes straight into liquidation.
