About the Speaker:

Frankie is currently the Financial Controller of BDO Limited, the Hong Kong member firm of BDO International Limited, the world’s fifth largest accountancy network. Before joining BDO Limited, Frankie worked in a number of international banks for more than 30 years in senior management position up to Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for finance, compliance, controlling, risk management, company secretarial, taxation, administration and information technology.

Frankie has served as a Committee member of ACCA Hong Kong for 11 years since 2003. During the 11 years, he was the Co-chairman of following Sub-Committees of ACCA Hong Kong: Tax, Student Affairs, Professional Development and Activities & Community Services. He was also a Council member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong in 2011/2012.

Frankie was appointed by HKSAR as Panel member of The Board of Review for 6 years from 2005 – 2010.


CPD Hours:

Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly. For the exact recognition of the CPD hours, please check with the respective Institute or Association.
