About the Speakers:

Mr Patrick LAM

Patrick is a retired Police Superintendent with more than 37 years of experience with the Hong Kong Police Force. Between 2002 and 2010, he was the officer-in-charge of the Technology Crime Division within the Commercial Crime Bureau. The Division is responsible for setting up the Force’s capability and strategies in the investigation and detection of technology crimes in Hong Kong, collection and examination of digital evidence in a forensically sounded manner, and promotion of public awareness in technology crime prevention.

Ms Ester IP

Ester is providing IT audit and consulting services to the clients in Hong Kong, the United States and in the mainland China covering manufacturing, retail businesses, telecommunication, healthcare, transportation and logistics, education, banking and financial services industries, etc. Besides, Ester is also experienced providing workflow re-engineering, internal audit, pre-IPO internal control review, environmental audit and financial due diligence services to companies with operations in Hong Kong, China and other countries in the Asia-Pacific Region.


CPD Hours:

Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly. For the exact recognition of the CPD hours, please check with the respective Institute or Association.
