About the Seminar:

The growing importance of sustainability becomes a hot topic in the industry, while it helps corporations not only demonstrating their responsiveness to the environmental and social concerns, but also manages one’s operating efficiency and impacts its core business strategy. With proper sustainability disclosure, corporations can build their reputation in the industry, enhance employee, stakeholders and shareholder’s relationship, and more importantly, differentiate them from the competitive industry and foster analysts and investors confidence.

In this seminar, we will discuss:

About the Speaker:

Stella is a Director of Crowe Horwath (HK) Consulting & Valuation Limited and specializes in valuation of business and intangible assets with over 10 years’ experience in the industry.

She provides valuation services for wide range of purposes, from pre-IPO investment/ pre-Deal analysis to due diligence during the negotiation process, as well as financial reporting purpose upon deal completion. She has covered industries including but not limited to infrastructure, food & beverage, environmental protection, manufacturing, property, apparel.

Stella holds an undergraduate degree in software engineering from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and a master degree in financial analysis with concentration on corporate finance and security analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUKST). She is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers, Member of Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Registered Business Valuers of the Hong Kong Business Valuation Forum (HKBVF).

CPD Hours:

Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly. For the exact recognition of the CPD hours, please check with the respective Institute or Association.
