About the Seminar:

By illustrating the latest development of the PRC tax environment as well as using daily examples to make audience understand the PRC corporate tax practices and to make the management be more prepared for the strategic planning or alternation of investments in the PRC.

About the Speaker:

Paul is the Head of Tax Services of Boardroom Corporate Services (HK) Limited (“Boardroom”). Prior to joining Boardroom, Paul worked in the international tax department of a Big 4 and International CPA firms, where he accumulated extensive experience in tax advisory and due diligence. Paul was responsible for the advisory for inbound and outbound investment in the PRC, operational structure, Merger and Acquisition and relevant due diligence & tax planning services. He also served as an Assistant Accounting Manager in one of the biggest property developers in Hong Kong prior to the joining of CPA firms.

Paul is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and economics from the London School of Economics and a master’s degree in business administration majoring in international banking and finance from the University of Birmingham.

CPD Hours:

Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended a full session of seminar. For those who have not attended full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted accordingly. For the exact recognition of the CPD hours, please check with the respective Institute or Association.
