About the speakers:

Miss Cecilia Lee is a partner at PwC Hong Kong specialising in transfer pricing. She has over 17 years of experience advising multinationals on transfer pricing matters. In 2006, she joined PwC’s China/Hong Kong transfer pricing practice from PwC US. She currently advises multinational clients on transfer pricing matters from both the China and Hong Kong perspectives.

Cecilia has served clients in various industries including apparel, premium consumer products, retail, chemical and industrial manufacturing, engineering services, telecommunications, software, electronics, semiconductor, real estate and IT consulting. She has successfully assisted companies in dispute resolution matters with the Chinese Tax Authorities, particularly in the area of intangible property transfer and intercompany services. She also advises clients with ongoing transfer pricing disputes with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department. Cecilia is the Asia Pacific Champion Partner for Globally Coordinated Documentation.

Mr. Kam-hung Yu is the Senior Managing Director of Valuation & Advisory Services, Greater China of CBRE and has possessed over 28 years of valuation experience in Hong Kong and the PRC, specializing in businesses and properties valuation. CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services department consists of business and intangible assets team, financial instruments team, plant and machinery team and property valuation team, which enables CBRE to provide one-stop solution to clients.Kam-hung was the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in 2008 and a fellow member of various professional institutions, namely, HKIS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators.

In 2004, Kam-hung played a leading role in the preparation and issuance of the 1st Business Valuation Standards and the 1st Property Valuation Standards for HKIS. He also holds a leading position in Hong Kong Business Valuation Forum formed by HKIS, The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts (HKSFA) and RICS (HK Chapter) (RICS).


Enrolment:

1) Those interested are requested to register on-line by filling in the attached enrolment form. Acceptance will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

2) Successful enrolments will be confirmed by email. Unsuccessful applicants will be automatically placed on waiting list; they will be called up in the order of time of receipt of registration when vacancies arise.

3) Applicants may check their registration status using the same membership number of their professional affiliation when they register.

Payment:

1) After receiving our Confirmation, you can either pay cash or cheque for admission at location.

2) If pay by cash, please present the Confirmation with your cash payment when you attend the seminar.

3) If pay by cheque, please make cheque payable to Accounting Development Foundation Limited. Write down your name and Enrolment ID number on the back of the cheque and submit it with the Confirmation when you attend the seminar.


Seat Accommodation:

Please note that seats accommodation for accepted participants will be reserved until 15 minutes after the seminar starts. Seats may not be available for participants who are late for over 15 minutes.

CPD Hours:

For those participants who have not attended the full session, the number of CPD hours will be discounted according to the actual time of attendance. Completed CPD hours will be granted to attendees who have attended the full session. For the exact recognition of the CPD hours, please check with the respective Institute or Association.

Bad Weather Arrangement:
